RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unused, unassembled, not filled with water, and returned with all original accessories, manuals, components, and packaging.

You must also provide your receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

Products that have been filled with water, installed, modified, damaged through misuse, improperly maintained, or returned with missing components might not qualify for return unless the product has a verified defect.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include your order number, contact information, product name, and reason for requesting the return.

Please do not return a product before receiving return authorization and shipping instructions from us. Products returned without prior authorization might not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If the aquarium or another product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos or video showing the product and problem
• Photos of the outer shipping carton
• A clear photo of the shipping label
• A description of the damage, defect, missing component, or incorrect item

Please keep the product, accessories, and original packaging until we have completed our review.

After the issue has been verified, we may provide replacement parts, replace the product, offer another appropriate solution, or issue a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is caused by a verified product defect, shipping damage, missing components, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.

If a customer requests a return because of a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, selecting the wrong size, or another reason that is not caused by a product defect or our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Aquariums and other fragile products must be securely repacked using their original protective packaging. We are not responsible for damage caused by insufficient or improper return packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Except where required by applicable law, the following products cannot be returned:

• Custom-made, personalized, OEM, or ODM products
• Products that have been altered or modified
• Products damaged through misuse or improper installation
• Products damaged through improper cleaning or maintenance
• Products returned with missing parts or accessories
• Gift cards
• Products clearly marked as final sale

Products that have been filled with water or used may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not remove any legal rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different product is to request a return for the original item.

After the return has been approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement product.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If an order is shipped to a customer in the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with all original accessories and packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under European Union or other applicable consumer protection laws.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider might require additional time to process and post the refund.
