Natural stones, flocked resin decorations, artificial plants, substrate materials, and hand-finished aquarium ornaments may have minor variations in color, shape, texture, or finish. These normal variations are not necessarily considered defects.
Product dimensions and capacities are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Aquarium capacity may be reduced after decorations, substrate, filtration components, and other accessories are installed.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, packaging, specifications, accessories, prices, or availability when reasonably necessary.
We may discontinue products or limit quantities available to a customer, geographic area, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have issued an order confirmation.
Please review your order, product selection, quantities, shipping address, and contact information carefully before submitting it. We might be unable to cancel or modify an order after processing or shipment has started.
If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or shipping information provided with the order.

Products may be purchased for personal use or authorized commercial resale.
Wholesale, distributor, OEM, and ODM orders may be subject to separate quotations, purchase orders, invoices, or written agreements. If separately agreed commercial terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the separately agreed commercial terms will control.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed and confirmed when the order is placed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices might not include shipping charges, handling charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other government charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, holidays, remote delivery locations, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery.
If an aquarium or another product arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
• Your order number
• Photos or video showing the product and problem
• Photos of the outer shipping carton
• A clear photo of the shipping label
• A description of the damage, defect, missing part, or incorrect item
Please keep the product and original packaging until we have completed our review.
Shipping, delivery, damage claims, and available remedies are also governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

CiauScrap Aquarium is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and CiauScrap Aquarium, operated by Foshan Junjing Aquarium Pet Products Co., Ltd.
Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the manufacture, quality, safety, delivery, use, or performance of products purchased from us.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising directly from purchases and transactions made with our store.
